Gods First Nutrition plan

People tend to over complicate everything. Even our nutrition plan and what we need to feed our bodies on a daily basis.

So, we’re taking it way back to the basics, to God’s nutrition plan for us. When earth was formed and God placed humans on earth, he placed us in the garden and set a system in motion.

In the Bible we find Genesis 1:29. It states: “Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.” This verse is often interpreted to mean that God provided humans with fruits and vegetables as a source of food. This passage indicates that God created everything that is necessary for human survival and survival of other living things, including plants and trees that bear fruits and seeds.

We believe this to be true here at Spiritual Minded Nutrition.

He knew the fruits and vegetables he placed inside the garden would be what we needed to live and have energy. He created a system for us to be able to harvest and grow more for ourselves.

Alot of health & fitness ‘gurus’ will tell you that you need this and that, but we are telling you to focus on the basics if you want to achieve results.

Whatever your goal may be, we know you need fruits and vegetables as the foundation of any diet. Fruits and vegetables provide us with energy, vitamins and essential minerals.

Not having enough fruits and vegetables in your diet can have serious consequences on your health. Some of these consequences include:

  1. Increased risk of chronic diseases: A diet low in fruits and vegetables is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, certain cancers, and other chronic illnesses. This is because fruits and vegetables are rich in essential nutrients, antioxidants, and phytochemicals that protect against disease.
  2. Nutrient deficiencies: Fruits and vegetables are an important source of many essential vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, vitamin A, and potassium. A diet low in fruits and vegetables may lead to deficiencies in these and other important nutrients.
  3. Weight gain: Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and high in fiber, which helps to promote feelings of fullness and prevent overeating. A diet low in fruits and vegetables may lead to weight gain and obesity.
  4. Digestive problems: Fruits and vegetables are a good source of dietary fiber, which helps to promote healthy digestion and prevent constipation. A diet low in fruits and vegetables may lead to digestive problems such as constipation.
